Have you ever noticed the subtle flow of air within your nostrils?
At first, it may feel like nothing… just breath coming and going.
But with a little stillness, especially after meditation, something begins to change.
You start to feel the breath.
Not just as air… but as movement, as sensation, as awareness.
When the breath flows through the center of each nostril, there is a quiet sense of ease…
a natural tranquility and peace arises.
As your awareness deepens, you may begin to notice even more subtle variations:
When the breath brushes the inner lower part, there is a feeling of being grounded and stable.
When it moves along the outer lower side, it softens into compassion, emotion, and warmth.
When it touches the upper region, a certain intensity and drive can be felt.
And when it flows along the side walls, the mind may feel more active or restless.
These are not just physical sensations…
they are reflections of your inner state.
Your breath becomes a map.
A guide.
A doorway into deeper self-awareness.
The more you observe, the more you understand.
And slowly, without force… balance begins to return.
Just sit.
Breathe.
Observe.
