Depression and anxiety are on the rise, so much so, that it can feel overwhelming to feel and see so much pain and suffering around. In kids, in youth, adults, the elderly… no-one is safe. And as we are all connected it hurts all of us, bringing us down collectively. So take care of each other, tread lightly, have compassion and love for everyone you meet, as everyone has a story and is fighting a battle you may not know about. Be kind, always 🙏
We are all together in this collective healing, which can sometimes feel like a freefall into darkness and doom, but let’s hold hope in our hearts, that this is just the turning point, the moment before everything will turn and change for the better. Let’s heal ourselves and each other to heal the world 🙏 🌎

Happiness is in the noticing of little things. Be present, breathe long and deep & enjoy that cup of hot tea, smell that flower, sleep in, hug someone you love, get up early and see the sunrise, feel the wind in your hair, notice the golden sunlight, take the longer route home and enjoy the walk, give someone a warm smile - find joy inside of you.

Developing the neutral mind and being humble are helpful to be in this state of allowing everything to just be, without judgment. The truth is, that we never know what something seemingly bad is really good for, so let’s refrain from thinking along those lines completely. Just observe the endless play of duality on this polarity planet in peace and calm.

This is a tough one. It’s not about blaming yourself or feeling guilty, but about taking responsibility for your thoughts and actions. As Shiv Charan Singh said in his talk Crisis and Crossroads: my life changed mostly by the things I STOPPED doing. There are things you can do to stop perpetuating your own suffering 🙏

How do you know you have healed from your trauma? It’s when the vibration around the event, the person or topic has been neutralized and it no longer causes a stir in you. You can speak about it calmly, openly and without any problem.
