Shirshasana (headstand) is the king of all asanas. It works like a "reset" button for the mind, enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress, and improving focus. Inspite of it being a very rewarding asana, I generally do not teach headstand in my classes to keep them beginner friendly. But let me know if anyone would like to practise or learn headstand, and I can dedicate some time to it in our classes 😊
