Peatselt paarikümne päeva pärast. Toimub Haanjas Tummo Jooga koolitus. Tegu on haruldase õpetusega.
Tuntud on Tummo ennekõike kui seesmise soojuse harjutus. Nii jäid joogid Tiibetis karmides mägioludes külmaga ellu. Olulisim aga pole sooja teke vaid emotsioonide ehk meele transformeerimine ehk see kuidas oma häirivate emotsioonidega selle praktika läbi hakkama saada. Lisaks veel Sowa Rigpa(Tiibeti Traditsioonilise Meditsiini) järgi tulemid praktikast. Tulemuste saamiseks tuleb saada korralik õpetus ja muidugi harjutada ka hiljem iseseisvalt. Veel on üksikud kohad õpetusele.
After 20 days will be Tummo Yoga teaching in Haanja, Estonia. It`s very rare teaching.
Tummo is known as an inner heat exercise. It is a method how Tibetan Yogis survived harsh mountain circumstances in time of retreats. A more important benefit is transforming our afflictive emotions through exercise. Additionally, benefits according to Sowa Rigpa(Tibetan Traditional Medicine). To achieve results is important to receive good teaching and, of course, exercise in future. There are still a few places to join the teaching.

On raske uskuda, et viimasest Dr Nida Chenagtsangi juhendatud Tummo jooga praktika retriidist 2025. aasta jaanuaris on möödunud peaaegu aasta.

Dr Nida on pühendunud sellele, et hoida Tummo jooga praktika retriiti elava traditsioonina Eestis, toetades Sowa Rigpa ja Yuthoki kogukondi kogu Põhjamaade piirkonnas. Samuti pakub retriit võimalust samade väärtustega praktikutele koguneda ning kogeda autentset Tummo praktikat tõelistes külmades tingimustes.

It is hard to believe that nearly a year has passed since the last Tummo Yoga Practice Retreat guided by Dr Nida Chenagtsang in January 2025.

Dr. Nida is committed to maintaining the Tummo Yoga Practice Retreat as an ongoing tradition in Estonia, with the intention of supporting the Sowa Rigpa and Yuthok communities across the Nordic region. The retreat also offers an opportunity for practitioners who share these values to gather and experience authentic Tummo practice in genuine cold conditions.
