Scar is a rescued dog came to the clinic for general checkup.
Abdominal palpation revealed pain and dripping of bloody urine. Ultrasound examination revealed urinary bladder big stone and the X rays confirmed it plus 2 small stones in the pe**le urethra.
Catheterization performed before surgery to push the pe**le stones back to the urinary bladder and cystotomy done to remove the 3 stones from the bladder.
Scar recovered well and he is pain free now.

Atresia Anai 🚨!!
Loza came to the clinic when she was a young kitten (about 2 month old), complaining of not p**ping except in the form of few drops of watery diarrhea.

Examination revealed no a**l opening, so the p**p found its way by making a fistula through the re**um and the urethra to get out through the urethral opening.
Contrast X-ray confirmed the diagnosis and she went to the surgery to have a new a**l opening (brown arrow) and another new one for urination also (yellow arrow).

After 2 years of surgery, she’s healthy, happy & doing well🙏🏻

Stray cat before and after treatment of Trypanosoma infection.
The cat presented with severe anemia , lethargy, hypopyon in the eye and yellow mucous membranes.
CBC, blood film was done and we found TRYPANOSOMA ( an extracellular blood parasite ).
Treatment started immediately and the cat showed very good improvement.
