We offer you a therapy plan tailored to your needs, the organization and smooth running of your treatments. We guarantee you and your fellow travellers constant support throughout your stay.
1-Sending a request with medical documents, medical reports, x-rays....
2-Forwarding of the documents to the appropriate clinic with request for a therapy proposal
3-Preparation of a cost estimate
Discussion of the treatment plan, the cost estimate and wishes or special requirements of the stay with the client
4-Coordinating and arranging appointments for all relevant examinations
5-Support for the patient incl. family members for the complete outward and return journey such as flight booking, accommodation as well as support for visa issuance,
6-Organization of the transfer within Germany: pick up and return transport airport, transport to the appointments at the clinic, to the hotel, etc.
7-Support of fellow travellers
Care of the patient in his or her mother tongue if possible and consideration of all cultural, religious and psychological needs
8-Receipt and safekeeping of the advance payment until the final invoice
9-Preparation of a summary financial statement
9-Guarantee rapid repayment of overpayments
10-Organization of a qualified rehabilitation stay if required
11-on request, translation of the medical (final) reports into the patient's native language
