Cat/Cow Pose is a wonderful way to warm up the spine at any point on or off your mat specially after a long day of working on your laptop or holding your phone.

Cat/Cow is a breath synchronized movement, inhale stretch your chest up towards the sky.. exhale round your back and lower your head.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
- Gentle stretch for the spine, shoulders, lower back, chest and neck
