An ankylosed tooth ⛔ (arrow) — this is most commonly caused by trauma. It means that the tooth has fused to the surrounding bone.

patient 30 yrs had an accident when he was 9 years old.

patient is being treated using a different approach.
I tried to luxate the tooth by :
- symmetrical v bend
- single tooth +root torque

17 yrs old patient exposed to motorcycle accident and after splinting his teeth2 weeks then referred to our clinic.
his top front teeth affected (intrusive displacement UR3 - extrusive displacement UR1,2- UL1).
PICTURE 3-4 (remove splint wire and placement of braces in top jaw to improve level of the teeth and pull the UR3 outside from the bone) 🦷💫

this one of the methods to correct class III incisor relationship (or anterior cross bite in another meaning) by using sectional 2×4 fixed appliance with disocclude the bite anteriorly 🦷🤍💫
