Today we proudly mark the successful completion of the 1st Quarter Report Presentation to the Board of Big X Research Agency.
This milestone reflects the dedication, discipline, and professionalism of our teams who continue to drive the organization forward with clarity and accountability.
After a comprehensive review by the board, the following outcomes were reached:
✔ PR Department – Full Approval
The department demonstrated strong performance and strategic alignment with the agency's communication goals well done Dr. Amr Mohamed director of PR and his vice Habiba Elfaham
✔ HR Department – Full Approval
The HR team continues to maintain solid organizational structure and people management strategies we need to congratulate the new hired HR director Amal Ayman and her honourable vice Marwa Hamada for such an impact well done HRs!
✔ Contact Team Department – Full Approval
Excellent operational consistency and communication management were highlighted during the review and surely we need to congratulate dr.Hamada Mahgoub and his honourable vice dr. Azza Hussein
⚠ Marketing Department – Approved Under Conditions & Terms
The board acknowledged the department’s efforts while recommending specific improvements to ensure stronger impact in the upcoming quarter we all need to support thier progress and we do believe in you guys, we congratulate Nour Mahmoud and her vice Mohamed Ragab

Unfortunately, the quarterly report from the department was not presented during this session.
Today we also celebrate the precision, responsibility, and transparency of our board members, whose accurate evaluation ensures that our organization continues to grow with accountability and strategic clarity.
