Understanding the effect of old crowns( porcelain fused to metal) causing gingival pigmentation and gingival recession. So we rebuild the upper arch to improve relation between them. especially he got orthodontic treatment to treat the spacing resulted due to bad vertical dimensions.

حالتنا اليوم قصتها طويلة..
الموضوع ابتدي معاها بتسوس في سن واحد من صغرها وخوفها من دكاتره الاسنان وده نتيجة تجربة سيئة مع احد العيادات وخلاها تستحمل اي وجع وتعيش علي المسكنات والادوية والموضوع اتطور لحد ما وصل لمرحله نفسية خلتها ما تضحكش ابداً ودايما في احراج من الناس.. بس الحمد لله قدرنا في وقت قياسي نعالج كل ده ونرجعها تضحك من تاني🫶🏽
