لم يعد البحث العلمىً مظهرا للتميز أو للوجاهة الإجتماعية، بعد ان انتقلت مصادر الثروة من الرعي والزراعة إليّ الصناعة والطاقة لتستقر في العلوم الحديثة والتكنولوجيا.

ولا ادل على ذلك من انتقال الرغبة في العمل والهجرة من التنازع ما بين دول النفط والدول المتقدمة لتتوحد فى اتجاه معظم خريجي الكليات الطبية والعملية للحصول على المعادلات والشهادات الأجنبية وتعضيد فرص العمل بالأبحاث العلمية والنشر الدولي.
