📍 ينصح بوضع الماء أولًا ثم يوضع الحليب عليه و يتم تحريك المرضعة(الشيشة) بشكل دائري و ليس عمودي لان هذه الطريقة تسبب في تكون الغازات .

📍 في الصورتين واضح تكون الغازات بالتحريك العمودي و عدم تكونه بالتحريك الدائري .
