تجميل الجفون العلوية دايما بيكون فن اكتر من مجرد ،،، في الحالة دي هي مكانتش عاوزة اي تغيير في شكلها بس حاسة ان الجفن منظره مرهق،،،، دكتور محمد سامي قام باجراء نقل للدهون مع تكنيك تدعيم الحاجب لاعطاء مظهر ممتلئ و جلد مشدود و تقليل مساحة الجفن المتحرك لاعطاء مظهر اصغر في السن عكس عملية القص التقليدية الي بتكبر مساحة الجفن لكن في الحالة دي الي كان يليق على الوجه هو الامتلاء و مساحة جفن متحرك اقل...

Blepharoplasty is always about art and keeping who you are, this beautiful young lady came to us from complaining of heavy eyelids and puffiness under eye which made her look tired, after careful examination to her eyes and face proportions, her large eyeballs posed a challenge that excessive skin removal would make her eye look protruded, so Dr Samy performed his signature Identity Lift™ technique and lacrimal gland suspension to achieve a tight upper eyelid yet same hooded style but lighter and more youthful, also lower eyelid fat grafting to achieve a smooth eyelid cheek junction and get rid of under eye puffiness, now she's happy sending her post op pic after 4 months

Thrilled to share this early result of a revision blepharoplasty! After addressing hollowing and sagging from a previous procedure, we repositioned fat and provided brow support along with canthoplasty for a sharp outer angle. Huge thanks to my colleague Dr M.Mamdouh for the full facelift in the same setting, achieving a comprehensive facial rejuvenation, our teamwork really made magic happen. This photo is just 10 days post-surgery, with some normal swelling. Stay tuned for more refined results
