➤ 8 years old boy came to pediatric dentistry clinic in Assiut University dental hospital.
He was complaining from pain in multiple areas in his jaws.
After clinical diagnosis and panoramic radiograph interpretation, We found that all of his permanent first molars have deep caries.
TTT is vital pulp therapy (Apexogenesis) for the four first permanent molars. Then placing of stainless steel crowns to all of them.

‎➤ ولد يبلغ من العمر ٨ سنوات جاء الى عيادة طب اسنان الاطفال بمستشفى جامعة اسيوط يشكو من ألم بجميع الضروس الخلفية.
‎بعد الفحص السريري و الاشعات المناسبة ، تم اتخاذ القرار بعمل حشو ل الضروس الاربعة الخلفية رقم (ستة) حشو علاجي يضمن المحافظة على حيوية العصب لترك الفرصة لتكملة نمو الجذور، و وضع الطرابيش الحديد للمحافظة على الحشو.

10 years old boy came to pediatric dentistry clinic in Assiut university dental hospital.
He was complaining from swelling in his upper anterior area and fracture in his central incisor.
After examination and radiographs, we found that the necrotic immature upper permanent central incisor has week root walls and widely open apex.
TTT is revascularization with MTA and composite restoration for fractured segment.
ولد يبلغ من العمر ١٠ سنوات جاء الى عيادة طب اسنان الاطفال بمستشفى جامعة اسيوط يشكو من تورم بالفك العلوي و كسر في السن الامامي.
بعد الفحص و الاشعات المناسبة ، تم اتخاذ القرار بعمل علاج لاعادة احياء السنة الامامية واستخدام مادة MTA و من ثم تعويض الجزء المكسور بحشو Composite.

9 years old female child came to pediatric dentistry clinic in Assiut university dental hospital.
She was complaining from swelling and inflammation in lower left quadrant.
After further examination and radiographs, we found that the swelling was related to necrotic immature lower first permanent molar with an open apices.
TTT is Root canal treatment with MTA apical plug.
طفلة تبلغ من العمر 9 سنوات جاءت إلى عيادة طب أسنان الأطفال بمستشفى الأسنان الجامعي بأسيوط.
تشكو من تورم والتهاب في الربع السفلي الأيسر.
بعد مزيد من الفحص وتصوير الاشعة، وجدنا أن التورم كان مرتبطًا بالضرس الدائم الأول السفلي بجذور غير مكتمله.
تم عمل علاج الجذور باستخدام حشوات الMTA

A-4-years old child reported to our clinic at Faculty of Dentistry, Assiut University, unhappy with his smile. on examination we found that he has Early childhood caries (ECC), radiographic examination showed that there is no periapical pathosis.

Treatment plan :
* Pulp therapy ( pulpectomy ) done for upper anterior incisors and laterals.
* Core build-up done by fiber posts and celluloid crowns.

حضر طفل ٤سنوات إلي عيادة طب أسنان الأطفال بمستشفي كلية طب الأسنان جامعة أسيوط لديه تسوس بالأسنان الأماميه وبعد الفحص والتشخيص تم عمل علاج جذور واعادة الشكل الطبيعي للأسنان بواسطة دعامات وحشوات ضوئية .

Emergency treatment for a-13- years old boy came to our clinic at Faculty of Dentistry Assiute University with trauma that caused avulsion of UL1,
repositioning of the tooth followed by wire splint.

A-8- years old boy presented to our clinic at Faculty of Dentistry, Assiut University with chief complaint of poor esthetics. Reported no history of oral habits . Based on examination, and occlusion analysis, we end by diagnosis of localized anterior crossbite.
