Shaker exercise

How it's done:
The patient rests in a supine position and lifts their head to look at the toes.
It aim to facilitate an increased opening of the upper esophageal sphincter and strengthen suprahyoid muscles. For ( Improve swallowing)

لينا فترة كبيرة مش بننزل videos لظروف ما

‏‎تعالي نتكلم عن اهمية ال soft palate ( سقف الحلق الرخو ) ودورو الفعال في عملية الكلام و البلع و التنفس
‏‎في الصورة دي ال soft palate هنا raised ) مرفوع) علي ال pharyngeal wall طيب ده ايه دورو في عملية الكلام
‏‎معظم الأصوات عندنا في اللغة العربية هي اصوات فموية معادا ( م / ن ) في الانجليزي( m/ n/ ng ) الاصوات دي فقط فيها ال softa palate بيكون lowerd ( مرتخي ) سواعي هتقابل طفل عنده hyper nasla هو اضطراب الخنف بيكون احد اعراضه ان ال soft palate مرتخي او lowerd اثناء نطق الاصوات الفموية ده بيكون عيب عضوي في سقف الحلق الرخو او عيب وظيفي وده ليه exercise معينه حتي بعد علاج العيب العضوي ك slp بنتدخل بتمارين معينة عشان نقدر نعمل strength للعضو

‏‎طيب لو soft palate ده raised اثناء نطق الاصوات الانفية زي موضحناهم فوق بيكون الطفل لديه hyponasla وهو نقص في مرور الهواء من خلال المجري الانفي اثناء نطق الاصوات الانفية احياناً يطلق عليه خنق مغلق ايضا لو هناك سبب عضوي بيتزال اولا ثم ك slp بنتدخل ب exercises معنية عشان نعمل lowerd لل sof palate اثناء نطق الاصوات الانفية

نيجي لاهمية ال Soft palate في عملية البلع / swallowing
في المرحلة التانية من البلع وهي oral transit stage
بعد ان يدفع اللسان بلعة الطعام للجزء الخلفي من الفم بيحصل غلق لسقف الحلق الرخو علي ال pharyngeal wall وده عشان يغلق الممرات الانفية ويمنع مرور الطعام/ الشراب اثناء عملية البلع الي الممرات الانفية مما يحصل اختناق

ثالثاً عملية التنفس :
ايضا لسقف الحلق الرخو ( soft palate ) ليه دور فعال في عملية التنفس الانفي ال nose breathing
صديقي أثناء عملية الراحة للسان بيكون وضعه الصحيح مرتفع خلف الاسنان العليا وملامس لسقف الحلق الصلب وهناك غلق في الشفاة وبيكون حاصل ارتخاء لسقف الحلق الرخو ( lower soft palate ) هنا يستطيع الطفل التنفس من خلال الانف بكل سهولة وسلاسة
طيب لو في مشكلة في ال soft palate وحصل غلق لسقف الحلق الرخو بالطبع ده هيغلق الممرات الانفية وبالتالي حدوث ما نسيمة بال mouth breathing وده موضوع يطول شرحه ايضاً
