Doxx is looking for Customer Care Agent to join our team.

Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary:

The customer Care officer is the consultant for the end users to guide them in each step of their medical services journey and assure that they receive a unique service.

Job Description:
• Own and manage customer relationships and ensure delivery of great service to clients.
• Promote the retention and loyalty of end users.
• Explain the contract benefits to the customers.
• Respond promptly to the customer inquiries.
• Assure that every customer is satisfied and handle all the complaints and inquiries.
• Manage the process between the customers and service providers.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred Medical Background .
• 1+ Years’ experience in Same Field.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Flexible in working hours.
• Free from the governmental assignment.
• Customer service oriented.
• Communication and Negotiation skills.
