I am Dr. Eman Zaky, registered consultant in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health. My main aim behind this online platform is integrating the missing elements in providing the patient a life experience throughout his/her journey to a healthy lifestyle. In practice, especially after gaining number of masters and degrees from Ain Shams University and Glasgow Caledonian University, UK - it was clear to me that the mood aspect greatly influence our relationship with food. Thus, I decided and highly determined to share my knowledge to help people live a healthier and more fulfilling life through a designated person-centered approach.

While you can get a sufficient amount of vitamin D3 from standing in the sun for at least 5 to 30 minutes twice a week, not all of us have the opportunity to be in the sunshine every day, which means finding alternative ways to get this essential vitamin for our bodies. Food is a great place to start. This recipe is quick, delicious and rich in the sunlight vitamin😋

*Salmon in mustard and herb sauce*

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes (plus cooking time)
Per portion approx. 382 kcal
38 g Protein, 24 g Fat, 2 g Carbs
Serves 4
800 g salmon fillet
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
bunch each of dill, chives and parsley
150 g dour crème
5 tbsp fish stock
2 tsp mustard

Wash and pat dry the salmon fillet and sprinkle over the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

Wash the herbs, then shake dry and chop finely. Stir together three-quarters of the herbs with the sour crème, stock and dijon mustard, and pour over the fish. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle over the remainder of the herbs and serve.

Effective ways to lose belly fat!🙌

1.Eat a different salad daily for which they're full of fibers that increase feeling of fullness for long hours🥗

2.Eat six meals a day, once every 3 hours🕕

3.Eat two yogurts with probiotics every day as this will encourage your body’s bowel movements, and thus reduce abdominal bloating✨

4.Drink at least two liters of water or green tea a day💦

5.Stress levels😫 are highly linked to emotional eating as well as other eating disorders, so handling it can be a huge step for forward

You must determine when & how to begin. If there is no imminent danger to one's health, Do it at your own pace. Do it whenever you want☘️

You don't have to lose weight immediately before or after your wedding or childbirth. Don't let the desire to please others strain you. It all comes down to your body, your life, & your timing⌚

💪Believe me when I say that time frames set by others are nothing more than a ruse to keep you stressed

☘️It is entirely up to you when to begin and when to end your journey. Just maintain consistency and self-love throughout the whole journey. What's more, when you need help or guidance, always ask for it ❤️

Indeed, discipline is hard work, & is more likely setting the alarm & building new habits. Changing your daily routines, canceling parties, staying in & reading, as well as planning your meals & workouts for the next day. Studying your new exercise routine to avoid injury, spending time with your therapist when you could just watch your favorite show while eating KFC 🍗

✨Your consistent commitment to the health goals you set is the ultimate gift you can give to yourself, & it will provide you with the pleasure you seek as well as a sense of control over your life you have never felt before. Surely, It'll also make you happier & more joyful when you finally get your rest day. And that, my friend, is worth fighting for.

✨Self-discipline is the battle you'll have to fight on your own, one you'll lose many times before finally winning. But when you do, you'll have achieved your goals,& said goodbye to your anxiety😘
