سرطان الثدي هو أكثر أنواع السرطان انتشارًا بين النساء، لكنه مش دايمًا خطر. الكشف المبكر بيغيّر كل حاجة، ويمنح فرصة كبيرة للعلاج والشفاء.

إيه هو سرطان الثدي؟
هو نمو غير طبيعي لخلايا الثدي، غالبًا بيبدأ في القنوات أو الغدد المنتجة للحليب. ممكن يكون موضعي أو ينتشر لأماكن تانية في الجسم لو اتأخرنا في اكتشافه.

أعراض لازم تاخدي بالك منها:
- كتلة أو تورم في الثدي أو تحت الإبط
- تغير في شكل أو حجم الثدي
- إفرازات غير طبيعية من الحلمة
- ألم مستمر أو تغير في لون الجلد أو ملمسه

خطوات احترازية تحميك وتطمنك:
1. الفحص الذاتي مرة كل شهر بعد انتهاء الدورة الشهرية
2. زيارة الطبيب مرة كل سنة للفحص السريري
3. تصوير الثدي بالماموغرام كل سنتين بعد سن الأربعين أو حسب توصية الطبيب
4. الحفاظ على نمط حياة صحي: أكل متوازن، رياضة، تقليل الدهون والسكريات
5. تجنب التدخين والكحول
6. الرضاعة الطبيعية بتقلل نسبة الإصابة
7. لو فيه تاريخ مرضي في العيلة، لازم تكوني أكتر حرصًا وتتابعي بانتظام

Our main secret is how to solve the hard equation by combining Synthetic yet safe ingredients with Natural ones in our Green Beauty products making them magically effective and highly safe.
