Our body shape is a reflection of our health. People are becoming more and more obsessed by their image. This pushes them to follow different diets they hear about and they lose a lot of weight then unfortunately the majority gain most of what they lost with even additional few kilos more. It is becoming so frustrating after long periods of deprivation and stress, people find themselves back in square number 1.
Managing your weight is about managing and living your life and it is done through healthy eating, being physically active and being able to relax and control stresses successfully. Food is one of the most important pleasures of life, it is not just a plate with different components that provide us with energy. Food connects us with our friends, family and colleagues. Food is part of human history, culture and future. Every food choice is an opportunity to direct, shape and remake our health. Our performance and wellbeing is dictated by the food we eat.
We believe healthy eating is not about deprivation but rather is about eating mindfully; choosing flavorful nutrient-dense foods that will keep you satisfied.
We provide our clients with nutritional plans which are individually designed by nutritionist Maha Khalifa, to suit each one’s own food preferences, body shape and needs together with their lifestyle. In addition, chef Doaa El Mosalamy will provide a variety of nutritious, healthy and delicious meals and recipes that will be life changing.
