The Year of the Fire Horse starts with an explosive energy. The New Moon in Aquarius heralds the beginning of Chinese New Year, which gives the underlying influence of this cycle. We are moving from the Year of the Wood Snake, which has been filled with the energies of soul evolution, wisdom, healing and profound transformation. This deep yin energy is moving into an extremely accelerated yang energy, and all the wisdom you have accumulated will be put to active use.

The past year has been about shedding your skins, dying to old versions of you, and releasing pain, trauma and baggage from the past. If you have surrendered, moved with these energies and let go of what was weighing you down, you will start this new year fresh and ready to hit the ground running.

Day 1 of the Sacred Journey
✨LUXOR TEMPLE ✨

We visited the temple of Goddess Mut at night, experiencing its beautiful grounding energy at the beginning of our tour.

This temple is the heart of Luxor, and was built by Queen Hatshepsut, Amenhotep III, Tutankhamen and Ramesis II.

This amazing temple is built in sections that are arranged like a human being. It is connected to Karnak Temple, the temple of Amun, by the Sphinx Avenue.

On the festival of Opet, a great procession would go from Karnak to Luxor temple, to honour the Sacred Marriage of Amun and Mut.

The Full Moon at 13* Leo opposes the stellium in Aquarius that is having a major impact on the collective right now. This powerful grouping of planets is bringing forth waves of change, each planet seeded by Pluto as it stands at the beginning of the new era.

All the personal planets are currently in Aquarius: Mercury, ruler of mind, thoughts and communication; Venus, ruler of relationships, gifts, talents and money; and Mars, ruler of action, will and desire. They are travelling with the Sun through the sign of universal brotherhood and sisterhood, technology, future inspiration and enlightened community. Each planet has united with Pluto, ruler of power and the shadows, and depth transformation. Each one of us, personally and collectively, is going through a major series of initiations and life transformations.
