مضاعفات عمليات تجميل الجفون اشهرها اننا نشيل جلد زيادة عن اللزوم، ساعتها العين مابتقفلش و الجفن بيسقط.

One of the most common complication after blepharoplasty is excess skin removal.

This results in inability to close the eye fully (lagophthalmous) and brow descent.

In mild cases observation is the key, however, in severe cases with corneal ulceration and dryness, a skin graft is needed leading to an unsightly scar.
