Another lap around the sun pour moi☀️!

STILL lost often and clueless about what I’m doing🤪, but celebrating anyway🥳.

STILL finding joy in the tiniest things😁, just like baby Adrienne would🎈😉.

STILL loving my life, and everyone in it😘… Thank-you for making me grateful to be exactly where I am, and hopeful for everything still to come✨💛

💖The Summer ✨magic✨that fuels ALL the September fun & fall productivity!👍

Feeling grateful🙏 for all the moments and memories made over the summer with the people I love🥰. I’m lucky to have so many amazing people in my life🍀, and I couldn’t include everyone special or me in these slides… but I love you😘!

Back to work, back to school, diving into Virgo season adventures💃😉🥳, and soaking up all the sunshine we have left this summer☀️!

That’s a wrap on Nationals 2025!!🤸🏻‍♂️🤸‍♀️

It’s a BUSY🐝 week! BUT even with minimal sleep and long hours, I feel like I have more fun every year that passes🥰.

It’s always a pleasure seeing my gymnastics community friends, meeting new friends, the athlete development, learning from the amazing IST for Canada and all the individual provinces…and of course the best job perk: watching all the talented gymnasts showcase what they have worked all season towards💪.

This year Men’s/Women’s Artistic, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Acro were ALL at the same venue… so the entire Ontario team was together, and it was a blast👍.

I’m beyond thankful for the opportunity to work with so many athletes over the week, and for the trust in me to provide support during such an important competition🤗.

🙏Thank-you to for bringing me along (AND for flying us out early so we could take in all the beautiful wildlife and mountains which energized us prior to the comp… always too tired to explore after😂).
🙏Thank-you to my ON Therapist Crew & Jordyn, you guys are the best😘!
🙏Thanks to all the awesome coaches, I learn a lot from you and your collaboration is key to keeping the athletes healthy.
🙏Thank-you to all the staff for your support throughout the week and for putting together an event that ran very smooth✅.
🙏MOST importantly, a big thank-you to all the athletes… you keep it interesting, inspire me to be better by continuing to learn, and make my “work” so fun. It’s an honour to watch you grow and develop your skills each year, and I’m just endlessly impressed by the work ethic of gymnasts AND the insane things you all can do🤯.

Congratulations to all the athletes that competed🙌❤️

Happy Belated New Year!🎉⁣

I eased into the 2025 in ☀️sunshine with family & friends, so just sliding into the New Year on my own timeline😉—relaxed and ready to build on all I learned in 2024👏.⁣

This past year felt like slower growth🐢—something I’ve always struggled to value. I tie so much of my worth to professional milestones that “staying consistent” felt stagnant, or maybe even like falling behind.⁣
BUT one of my patients reminded me🤔: 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀⚡️𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘆! She noticed I’ve healed from toxic relationships, embraced new connections that bring me joy, faced health challenges with resilience, travelled, created beautiful memories with family and friends, AND stayed dedicated to my work😊. ⁣

She also reminded me of the promise I made at the start of 2024: 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲🥰. From her perspective, I had achieved SO much—just not in the traditional ways I often measure success (which by the way led to burnout and overwhelm🥴). True achievement is 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. It’s 𝘯𝘰𝘵 about meeting others’ standards of success 𝘣𝘶𝘵 aligning with your own aspirations. ⁣

So, moving into 2025, I’m staying at my pace. I’ll keep working hard, supporting others, and being a ✨light—but also showing that same kindness to myself✅. ⁣

🥂Here’s to learning through living💃, growing through reflection👍, getting stronger mentally and physically💪, more puppy snuggles🐶, more healthy boundaries (still trying at this one🤪), more laughter😁, embracing love and continuing to give love with ease😘❤️❤️❤️. ⁣

🙏Huge gratitude to all my patients! You honestly help me as much as I help you, as I get so much enjoyment and insight from conversations during our time together🤗. ⁣

👋Hi strangers!

I will be back to posting content soon, my ability to focus on anythjng has been non-existent lately😭.

Like my new hat says (thankyou )…I have BIG FEELINGS😁😋… meaning I have a lot of emotions and tend to be hyper-empathetic to everyone I come into contact with. It’s what makes me a deeply caring healthcare provider🥰, but it also means I’m overwhelmed with a variety of emotions to process a lot of the time. Can anyone relate? Hence the loss of focus, and often stress that ensues with tasks and demands that pile up when this happens.

A super productive day sometimes it what gets the ball rolling in the right direction and shifts my mindset finally!

TODAY👇
✅I slept in by accident… BUT then I felt SO well rested (extra sleep needed😴)
✅Then I had two successful meetings about future side projects that I’m very excited about👏
✅Then I had a virtual consult with one of the first gymnasts I ever worked with💕, he is now almost finished University and so grown up🥹 and it made me feel so happy that I have the privilege to build the long lasting trust to continue to guide the young athletes I work with all the way to adulthood.
✅The warm heart from that led to me getting a bunch of emails and computer tasks done!
✅Then when I was starting to lose focus, I went for a run and BIG NEWS🎉 I don’t know if it was my playlist or consistensy😉 BUT I finally ran my entire distance without walking intervals!!! If you know how bad I suck at running, you know how pumped I feel right now💪
✅Now I’m feeling even MORE motivated, as I head to work to see my lovely patients.

Sometimes small actions get the ball rolling in a positive direction and cause a much needed shift in mindset❤️. That’s basically all I was trying to say in this looooong message😂, if you took the time to read all the way here…I appreciate you!👍

I hope you have a productive day OR at least go for a small win and get the ball rolling in the right direction😘😘😘😘😘😘.

Birthday reflection🥳: because I am a soft marshmallow exploding with love and appreciation for everyone😂… it can’t be helped, if you read this I love you❤️:

Grateful for another amazing year around the sun☀️filled with the ups & downs of loss, life, love, laughter, and of course continued growth and learning❤️.

Thank-you to everyone who supported me this past year, and also those that brought lessons good AND bad…because both help me grow as a person and prepared me to take on this next year stronger than ever💪.

I’m lucky🍀 to have a job that allows me to have meaningful conversations everyday, with people coming from a variety of backgrounds and varied experiences. I learn so much from my patients everyday, and they help me to remain compassionate and invested in all my interactions and relationships. 😊My patients fill me in on the news, give me all my book and tv show reco’s, they help me see things from different perspective’s, and hearing about their beautiful experiences bring me SO much joy!

Most importantly I feel honoured that my patient’s share what they are passionate about with me, where they feel vulnerable, and the goals they would like to achieve (big and and small)… this inspires me deeply everyday AND pushes me to learn and find ways that I can best help🙏. It’s this trust in me and openness, that makes me a better practitioner with every year that passes, and I’m forever grateful to you all for giving this to me😘.

Additional HUGE thankyou to my family and friends for all the love and support always, you know who you are… it’s you that lifts me up whenever I’m down, and I appreciate it because I know I’m terrible at asking for help. I’m a lucky girl and I know it💗.

Here’s to another year of adventures, experiences, laughing until I cry, connections and relationships that make me feel ☮️ and love, endless learning, and continued success🥂.

Back to life, back to reality🎶….

I can’t say I don’t miss cottage life and lake swims already… but I will say that I can’t really complain about the reality I’m retuning too. Life is pretty sweet🍒 and I honestly can’t wait to be back in clinic tomorrow!

This is the first time I’ve ever taken a full 2 weeks off of work, and it actually felt pretty loooooong!!! My time off is usually for work trips, longer weekends or short trips, and I think I had two weeks off for minor surgery a few years ago. Two full weeks was the perfect amount of time to actually let myself detach from my work a bit and take in the healing vibes daily doses of nature offers…and I think I even ventured into this relaxing thing at some points😉. These couple weeks have been good reminder to see the clear benefits of slowing things down a little🙏.

I feel different.

I feel energized from being more present with the people I love🥰, soaking up sunshine, prioritizing sleep😴, reading for fun🤓, and having time to be super active every day🏋️‍♀️.

I feel inspired to figure out hacks to integrate these feel good habits with my busy grind at home🤝.

Anyway😊…feeling greatful, recharged, and ready to help my patients reach their goals and feel energized too💪. See you this week!❤️

“Grab it now. Tomorrow it may be gone forever.”

… my #1 rule for both shopping🛍️ AND life😋😋😋.

From the 👸Queen of overthinking, trust me taking action is where it’s at👏. Don’t wait to start chipping away at your goals, try something new, make changes, or for perfect opportunities. Act & adapt… and try to make every moment count.

Here’s to a productive week, happy Monday❤️😘!

✨Reflection✨
Once we accept that no one owes us anything, we start to appreciate those who go out of their way for us even more.
♥️♥️♥️

✨Reminder✨
You are not entitled to a healing hand, but you ARE worthy of it.
♥️♥️♥️

✨Challenge (big time for me!)✨
Learn to accept help when it arrives, and ask for it when needed.
♥️♥️♥️

✍️Beautiful words of wisdom from

Appreciating AND feeling so thankful🙏 for even the smallest actions, kind words, sweet thoughts, love, and support gifted to me from the people I’m lucky to have in my corner.

Grateful for the ones that remind me that I’m worthy of care I show to others🥰. The ones that also call me out on my tendency to think I can do everything myself and intervene with kindness before I inevitably become overwhelmed (a self-destructing cycle I seem to repeat😂).

Remember the energy you put out into your world, influences those around you, and ultimately reflects back onto you. Cultivating contagious positive energy in your interactions and environment… starts with YOU👊…It’s basically the positive iteration of “what goes around comes around!”😁. This often starts from a place of gratitude, and outward from there💗.

I hope you have a fulfilling week😘✌️.

Just returned home from the National Championships for Artistic Gymnastics/ Trampoline & Tumbling/ Acro… AND this was combined with Olympic Trials for Senior MAG and WAG. This was a huge event, and I’m honoured to have the continued opportunity to provide therapy, support recovery, and manage any injuries/ emergencies that come up along the way for the insanely talented athletes that competed this week.

It was a long week, and I definitely fell FAR off my “one morning coffee rule”😬… this week was fueled by continuous coffee, turkey wraps (iykyk), 😎good vibes from the best therapist colleagues in it for the long haul each day with me🥰, and most of all the energy from all the talented Canadian gymnasts.

There is honestly nothing more rewarding for me than seeing young athletes enjoying thr experience of their first nationals, or getting to see the same athletes each year and how they have grown as humans and their skills have developed! Seeing athletes navigate the challenges and emotions of competing at this level, cheering for each other, overcoming the fatigue of intense preparation, building confidence in performance, and enduring the pressure of competition successfully year after year… is beyond inspiring to me🥰.

Gymnastics is super-human and impossibly powerful, yet they make it look easy. BUT I see how hard they grind, the hours they put in, and the sacrifices they make to get to this level… and I wish they could have all the support and accolades they deserve because I just LOVE this sport SO SO much♥️.

Congrats to every single athlete that competed👏, thank-you for trusting me to offer you support you this week. BIG shout out to all those that competed in the Olympic Trials💪! I know it’s only a select few that make the team… but what a privilege it was to be able to watch you chase your dreams🥹. It blows my mind to witness the passion for gymnastics that all of you must possess to even be at the level of opportunity to be TRYING to make the Olympic team🤯.

I wish you lots of sleep and recovery before you get back to it😉…see you next year!!!!✌️

🙏
🙏 for an amazing (and organized) event

Getting too ahead of yourself 👉leads right into overwhelm👉quickly followed by frustration, because you are rushing to get to results you didn’t adequately prepare for😳.

Slow down, so you can see clearly. Start with trying to do at least ONE productive thing everyday. It’s not ONLY about huge end goals, it’s about showing up for yourself everyday to BECOME the person that is capable of achieving the things you dream about🥰.

🤔Can you do ONE productive thing today, that is even a small step toward your goals?
🤔Can you do ONE thing today that makes you feel happy, to replenish the positive energy needed to chase your dreams?
🤔Can you do ONE thing just for YOU, to give yourself the love and support you deserve to strengthen your ability to push forward?

Personally I always have a huge to-do list that not only never ends, but also prevents me from chipping away at my larger goals and dreams🥴.

New approach💪: Each day at the top of my to do list, I add one "must-do" task. This may be something simple like take a break and read the last three chapters of my book, it may be to spend 20 minutes to do my wrist/elbow rehab I keep avoiding (bc i prioritize other things), OR they may be a specific piece of something larger and overwhelming I'm working on- like finishing the outline of one chapter of an online course I'm building. This is helpful bc I often procrastinate large projects waiting for a big chunk of time to dig in (which i never have)… so it doesn't get done. Breaking off a small chunk makes me feel so relieved when it's completed AND I can see the rest of the project more clear suddenly! Encouraging myself to make time for movement or use my brain in a different way, also helps me in a huge way mentally. Regardless of the task, the feeling of checking off that thing I did for ME is unmatched… and a happy me is a more productive me👍.

Give it a try, cheering for you!!👏
