I do understand how tempting it can be when you have been fasting all day, & you can see & smell the aromas of all your favourite foods… BUT overeating can cause lots of tummy irritations after a long day of fasting in addition to eating a little faster than usual which doesn’t send the “I’m full” signals till we’re a little stuffed. Try to follow these steps, that based on experience, lead to a healthier gut, in addition to actually enjoying the non-fasting hours not being controlled by ur bloated status…

‘s Friday family brunch today. Here’s what I made:
1. Tuna Beetroot Hummus Quesadillas
2. Oven baked grated potatoes, eggs, mushrooms, green onions
3. Scrambled eggs
4. Minty white cheese with tomatoes
5. Oven baked French Toast (not so healthy to be honest)
6. Banana Strawberry Parfait
