Position: Insurance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee insurance policies related to company assets and vehicles.
• Handle insurance renewals, claims, and settlements.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure best coverage and rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
• Previous experience in corporate insurance (assets and motor insurance is a must).
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Account Manager
Logistics company located in 10 of Ramadan.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordination with customers, EPx regulatory team, brokers & EPx customs clearance team for importation and releasing inbound shipments from airports.
- Managing Inbound, outbound, returns & Destruction processes including Receiving, preparation, Inventory, Reconciliation, passive systems assembly, coordination with transportation team& sites during delivery, configuration & reading data loggers.
-Update customers by email & update ERP systems.
-Communication with data entry team for handling all relevant processes on JDE/Infor system, then double check and final confirmation on put away and shipping.
-Maintaining good relationships with clients
-Managing operation team of shipping and receiving
- Attending MOH inspectors visit
- Communicating the monthly KPI’s (If any)
- Communicating daily emails and provides the customers with required reports.
- Solving inventory problems
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients
- Conducting monthly inventory
- Master data creation for client medications & sites ETC…
Service entry, reporting daily approved services to the site leader on weekly or monthly bas
- Attending outdoor Assembly process in sites ( If any )
Q.A. performance & reporting
- Ex*****on of any relevant work tasks required by site leader as an objective of the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
