اتعلمت في حياتي اسرق اللحظة و مستناش ال perfect moment عشان اعمل حاجة في حياتي.
الدنيا سريعة جدا و كل حاجة ممكن تتغير في لحظة.
اسرق اللحظة الحلوة. اسرق الجو.. اسرق الشمس.. اسرق الناس الجميلة.. اسرق الصحبة الحلوة.. اسرق الصحة.. اسرق الاحساس بالرضا..
بس عمرك ما هتعرف تسرق ولا حاجة من كل ده لو انت مش مقرر تبقى سعيد و راضي من جواك.. هيبقى دايما في حاجة تقيلة على قلبك و محروم من السعادة الداخلية دي لو مش راضي و قابل كل حاجة عندك بحلوها و مرها.

حب نفسك و ارضى بكل حاجة فيك و عندك عشان تعرف تستمتع بالحياة و بنفسك 🤍🙏🏻

I love helping people.
I love guiding them to their inner selves.
I love asking triggering questions.
I love helping them dig deeper.
I love serving them from my true heart.
I love leading them to understand their true feelings.
I love seeing their AHA moments.
I love seeing them resolve with their biggest troubles.
I love it when they feel heard, understood and loved.
I love being their safe space.
I LOVE my clients apart from being my work.
I respect their humanity.
If I want to write things im grateful for today i will choose my work and my clients 🤍🤍🤍

كانت فترة زحمة جدا في حياتي و حتى وقتي مع نفسي ماكنتش ملاحقة اخده و الحمد لله اخيرا النهاردة قدرت اعمل ده و اقضي وقت مع نفسي.
عملت ايه في القت ده؟
- ركزت اني استمتع بالجو و الشمس و الهدوء و اركز في كل الأصوات اللي حواليا ⬅️ Being mindful and present in the moment
- كتيت افكاري و مشاعري اللي كنت حاسة ان دماغي هتفرقع منهم و ارتحت لما حطيت الحاجات دي على ورقة. حسيت ان شيلة مبقتش تقيلة اوي على قلبي⬅️ Journal 📝
- استمتعت بأكلي جدااااا او قهوتي اللي اختارتهم بعناية بناءا على اللي نفسي فيه و هيفيدني في نفس الوقت 🍳 ☕️
- رتبت اولوياتي بدل ما كانت كل حاجة متلخبطة في دماغي و مش عارفة ابدأ منين ⬆️⬇️
- ابتديت احط خطة مبدئية للحاجات اللي ورايا و عايزة انفذها بدل ما هي مجرد افكار و احلام في دماغي. 📆

Today I shared a great time running an Emotional Eating workshop with Palm Hills team. It was great to discuss real struggles and get to share some techniques to deal with emotions other than food.

This week is dedicated to eating disorders with all its kinds. If you have an eating disorder or body image issues, or know someone has any of them, please note the following:
- You are not alone and your suffering is very appreciated, heard and understandable by some of us 🙏🏻
- Yes you are not the reason of your disorder but you can work on yourself to heal and set yourself free. It is your only responsibility 🙏🏻
- You are not your thoughts and your feelings do NOT define you. They can always change. So you can HEAL easily by working on changing them 🙏🏻
- It all starts when you start to accept and then love yourself and then everything can be cured easily 🙏🏻
- However long your healing journey may seem, but it is so much worth it 🙏🏻
- It is your own story and you can always choose to tell a different one 🙏🏻
- You are strong enough to start taking actions towards yourself. Seek help because you are worth the effort.
- You are LOVED ❤️

في اليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية بطلب منكم تقديره مثل (لو مش اكتر من) الصحة الجسدية.

بطلب منكم تقدير ان حد يقول انه مكتئب
او انه بيعاني من اي مشكلة نفسية. يمكن صعب نحس بيهم لو مش بنمر بنفس التجربة او بنفس حكايتهم، لكن على الاقل نقدر حالتهم و تجربتهم و نحترمها.
انا كمدربة صحة متخصصة في الاكل العاطفي و اضطرابات الاكل بطلب منكم تقدير حالة اي شخص عنده مشكلة في علاقته بالاكل او بجسمه. ممكن الموضوع يبان بسيط بالنسبة ليك لكن بالنسبة ليه هو مرض و معاناه و للاسف مش ناس كتير بتقدّر حالته

I ask you to honor what it means when someone feels depressed or suffers any mental issues. You may not FEEL how they feel because no one will feel their own experience with their own stories, but THE LEAST we can do is respect their mental status and try to appreciate it 🙏🏻
On this day, as a Health Coach specializing in Emotional Eating and Eating Disorders, I ask you to honor everyone suffers from any kind of disturbed relationship with food and eating. It may seem simple for you, but NOT simple for them and actually it is a big fight and suffering.
