Emileo Interiors is a market-leading firm specializing in premium wooden works, bespoke furniture, and high-end fit-outs, with a strong portfolio across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. As part of this milestone, Atrium Quality Contractors has acquired a majority stake in Emileo Interiors, expanding our combined capabilities and market presence, and reinforcing the combined strength and capabilities of both organizations to deliver exceptional quality, innovation, and manufacturing excellence.

The agreement was officially signed by Eng. Ahmed Talaat, CEO and Managing Director of Atrium Quality Contractors, and Arch. Emile Nashed, Founder and the Managing Director of Emileo Interiors. Through this acquisition, Atrium Quality Contractors aims to integrate Emileo’s resources and experience in premium wooden work into its operations—combining construction excellence with manufacturing precision. We are pleased to announce that Atrium Quality Contractors (AQC) has been awarded the construction of the Noor City Villas Project.

Noor City is planned as an advanced green smart city, designed in alignment with international sustainability benchmarks and fourth-generation technology standards.
The development is set to accommodate approximately 140,000 housing units and integrate a comprehensive range of modern services across its masterplan.

AQC's scope of work includes the core-and-shell ex*****on, infrastructure works, landscape works of 472 villas and 118 plots. The villas feature two architectural prototypes: Quatro 1 (382 m²) and Quatro 2 (423 m²), each designed to support the project’s vision of modern and sustainable living.
