أسرار الـ Coils في التقويم: متى نضغط ومتى نسحب؟ 🦷
​في عيادة التقويم، الـ Coil Spring مش مجرد سلك لولبي، هو "المحرك" اللي بيتحكم في المسافات بدقة. عشان تطلع نتائج Case Perfect، لازم تكون عارف الفرق الجوهري في الاستخدام بين الـ Open والـ Closed:
​1️⃣ Open Coil Spring (المفتاح لفتح المساحات)
​وظيفته: بيشتغل بنظام "الضغط" (Compression).
​إزاي بنستخدمه؟: بنضغطه بين فصين (Brackets) في مساحة ضيقة. هو بيحاول يرجع لطوله الطبيعي، فبيولد قوة دفع بتوسع المكان للسن المزحوم.
​أشهر حالاته: حالات الـ Crowding الشديد لما نحتاج نوفر مكان لسن "مدفون" أو طالع لبره الصف.
2️⃣ Closed Coil Spring (المايسترو لغلق الفراغات)
​وظيفته: بيشتغل بنظام "الشد" (Tension).
​إزاي بنستخدمه؟: بنثبته وهو في حالة راحة، ولما نشده ونربطه بين نقطتين بعيد عن بعض، بيبدأ يسحب السنان لبعضها.
​أشهر حالاته: غلق المسافات (Space Closure) بعد حالات الخلع، أو سحب الأنياب (Canine Retraction).
ليه تفاصيل زي دي بتفرق في شغلك؟
