Case referred by a colleague. The patient was complaining of pain in the upper right 5. After radiographic and clinical examination, a periapical abscess was diagnosed beneath the tooth. The tooth was fractured and previously endodontically treated, which made the case more challenging, as the goal was to extract it intact without any further fracture. Alhamdulillah, the extraction was performed successfully, curettage was done, and the periapical abscess was removed completely in less than 10 minutes

A patient came complaining of severe pain on the left side of the lower jaw, along with recurrent headaches, and he felt that the pain was coming from everywhere.

After clinical examination and requesting radiographs, it turned out to be a carious and fractured wisdom tooth with curved roots.

Alhamdulillah, the extraction was completed in a very short time without any fracture of any part of the tooth
