التهاب جذور الأعصاب العنقية (Cervical Radiculopathy)

ممكن يكون السبب وراء ألم الذراع أو الكتف

و يحدث نتيجة ضغط أو تهيج في جذور الأعصاب الخارجة من فقرات الرقبة
ويمتد الألم من الرقبة إلى الكتف و الذراع مع وجود تنميل أو ضعف في العضلات

🔹 الأعراض الشائعة:
• ألم ممتد من الرقبة إلى الذراع.

• ضعف في القوة العضلية.

اختناق العصب الزندي
هو ضغط على أحد الأعصاب الرئيسية في الذراع وخصوصا عند منطقة الكوع.

يبدأ بتنميل بسيط في أصابع اليد
ثم يتطور إلى ضعف في قبضة اليد وصعوبة في التحكم في الحركات الدقيقة.
