المشكلة ممكن تكون عصبية
مش مجرد إجهاد أو شد عضلي👌🏻

متلازمة النفق الرصغي (TTS) بتحصل نتيجة الضغط على العصب داخل النفق الرصغي في الجهة الداخلية من الكاحل.

الأعراض ممكن تظهر في صورة ألم ـ تنميل ـ خدر ـ أو إحساس بالحرقان.

الأسباب بتختلف
▪️من الإفراط في الاستخدام.
▪️تسطح القدمين.
▪️إصابة سابقة زي الالتواء أو الكسر.
▪️و أحيانا وجود كتل أو زوائد داخل النفق.
