⭐️Feb 12, 13, 14
⭐️3 sessions · 90 minutes each
🕥 5:30-8:00 pm
This course is for those who want to reconnect with their body, reduce internal tension, and learn a simple yet profound way to support their health from within.
Rooted in the Ayurvedic approach to wellbeing, this practice sees the body as an intelligent system capable of self-regulation when given the right guidance and touch.
During the course, you will:
• Learn the core principles of Ayurveda in a clear, practical, and accessible way
• Explore self-massage as a tool for self-regulation, including gentle work with marma points — sensitive areas traditionally used in Ayurveda to support balance and vitality
• Practice a structured Ayurvedic self-massage sequence that is safe, grounding, and easy to repeat at home
• Understand how mindful touch can activate the body’s natural restorative processes
This practice supports:
• Healthy blood circulation and lymphatic flow
• Digestive function and natural detox processes
• Greater mobility and a sense of lightness in the body
• Improved tissue quality and overall tone
• Easier breathing, healthier skin, and a more balanced, centered feeling
The course is offered as three sessions to allow enough time to:
— feel the practice in your own body
— accurately locate key areas and points
— memorize the sequence and integrate it confidently into daily life
For this reason, the course is available only as a full program.
Participants receive supporting materials for personal practice.
📵 To preserve focus and presence, photo and video recording during sessions is not permitted.
Bonus content includes:
• Gentle abdominal techniques
• Subtle belly movements that stimulate internal energy and digestion
• Simple relaxation practices to complete the experience
This is not about complicated rituals or performance.
It is about listening to the body, learning its language, and giving it the conditions to restore itself.
