As a Nutrition and Wellness Advisor I always combine principles of both fitness and nutrition when assisting clients. All my consultations include the Body Composition Analyses (InBody), for better understanding of client’s needs and effective approach. For the nutrition part, I review a client's current eating habits and wellness goals, such as: losing/gaining weight, treating a disease or preven

ting future health issues. Upon that I design a personalized food program and educates the client on proper nutrition, choosing foods, water consumption, etc. On the fitness side, I create workout plans that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility, depending on the client's needs.
