Esraa’s professional journey began at Alexandria University, where she studied Social Work and Psychology a combination that sparked her deep curiosity about the human mind and behavior. As her passion for helping people grow expanded, she pursued specialization in Mental Health and Behavior Modification, blending science with compassion to support individuals in achieving real and lasting change.
Her commitment to mastery led her to obtain international certifications in Life Coaching from accredited organizations, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her leadership and expertise quickly earned her recognition, leading to her appointment as CEO and Training Director at Texas GS Academy, followed by becoming the CEO of the British Board of Coaching a remarkable achievement for an Egyptian woman in a global arena.

Driven by her belief in lifelong learning, Esraa continued her academic journey and earned a Professional Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Behavior Modification from Ain Shams University.
She also received international accreditation as a Mental Health and Behavior Modification Consultant, solidifying her authority in the field.
Her influence extends beyond academia Esraa is a member of the Afro-Asian Union, serving as an international expert and consultant on women’s issues, advocating for women’s empowerment and wellbeing across borders.
