انا عمرو صلاح مصري عندي 27 سنة اول مرة دخلت الجيم كانت 2012 كان وزني 50 كيلو بعد الالتزام بالتمرين و الدايت لمدة سنتين ونص بقيت 72 كيلو حبيت الجيم و الفيتنس جدا و في 2016 درست اول دبلومة ليا ف التغذية من Shaw Academy بعد كدا درست الـ CFT من الـ ISSA في جولدز اكاديمي سنة 2017 و في 2018 درست تخصصات التغذية و المساج و الاصابات الرياضية من ببلس اكاديمي و في نهاية سنة 2019 بقيت Ace Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist و درست كورسات تانية كتير ليها علاقة بالفيتنس حوالي 27 شهادة continuing education اشتغلت كا Fitness Nutrition Specialist في H2o Gym بعد كدا بقيت الـ Sports Nutrition Manager لـ Gold‘s Gym Pyramids View من سنة و شهرين
