⭐️ Solasi Day One ⭐️

Welcome to our beautiful weekend by the beach! We kicked off with Joey’s Tai Chi, an opening ceremony led by Nadiya Tsebro and Luna Pantalone. We followed with a relaxing Yoga Nidra class by Nadine Reda and Somatics with Suzy Kussner.

Zag turned up the heat with an insane Pilathléthique session, followed by some upside down fun with AcroEgypt. Dharma yoga left us feeling open and energised thanks to Leo who came all the way from the UK to share his practice with us.

We started off with an Om Chanting Circle by Nadiya Tsebro and a guided meditation led by Kati Holland ✨by the sound of the waves, the views of the stars and the magic of the mountains! The energy was truly indescribable, thank you for being with us!

Solasi is a space where conscious living is supported through mind, body and play.
We’re bringing a variety of holistic treatments for you to be able to unwind, heal and soothe your muscles by the beach!

We have a range of massages, energy healing, body work and Chinese medicine sessions.
Through mind, body and spirit, and positive bodywork in our holistic space, you’ll have everything you need to detach and recalibrate in time for Ramadan.
