A healthy weight, a healthy metabolism and the success of maintaining a healthy weight are NOT about diets, not eating, not even about (not) consuming sugar or other carbohydrates.

It is about managing to reach a relation of YOU WITH YOURSELF in a mental balance and on a vibrational frequency high enough, so that later, with great ease, you can always make correct and sustainable decisions for an optimal lifestyle for you.

Conscious decisions, full of self-love, respect for your body, the ship of your soul through this life.

Once you have reached that frequency band, once you have made that mental click, no one and nothing can bring you back.

Why? Because you have formed new neural connections, you have become aware of the good you are in now and the harm you were doing to yourself before, you. No one else but YOU, the one who was sabotaging your own existence and health.

You will immediately know where you do NOT want to return, because that place no longer serves you in healthy growth, on all levels of your existence.

And once you learn that you are the most important person in your life, not only eating right (nourished) but also a lifestyle that is right for you, both will come to you automatically and very naturally.

And do you know what the beauty of this change is? You end up giving to others what you give to yourself. From a glass full of only water, you can only give water. The same goes for love and self-respect. You only give what you have.

HOW DO WE SELF-SABOTAGE OUR BODY, AGING IT PREMATURELY?

3️⃣0️⃣ THINGS ABOUT MY BODY WHAT I WISH I KNEW BEFORE

1. Body metabolism slows down only around the age of 60, not 40. You just move less after 40.

2. Microbiom can improve digestion, nutrient absorption, and energy use. Use pre/probiotics in empty stomach.

3. Hormones control metabolism, take care how you “ play” with them. Use always the advise of a specialist.

4. You want to loose weight don’t eat less, eat better.

5. Not drinking enough water will slow down your metabolism.

6. High-intensity workouts and strength training keep your metabolism elevated for hours.

7. Poor sleep disrupts hormones that control hunger and fat storage, making it easier to gain weight.

8. Chronic stress increases cortisol, which promotes fat storage, especially around the belly.

9. Alcohol is poison, minimize it as much as possible.

10. Loosing weight solves your s*x hormones problem automatically. It is not about your age, but your health.

11. Walking is healthy but is not a sport.

12. Lifting weights exercises and building muscles, makes your pre menopause a lot easier to handle
