3️⃣0️⃣ THINGS ABOUT MY BODY WHAT I WISH I KNEW BEFORE
1. Body metabolism slows down only around the age of 60, not 40. You just move less after 40.
2. Microbiom can improve digestion, nutrient absorption, and energy use. Use pre/probiotics in empty stomach.
3. Hormones control metabolism, take care how you “ play” with them. Use always the advise of a specialist.
4. You want to loose weight don’t eat less, eat better.
5. Not drinking enough water will slow down your metabolism.
6. High-intensity workouts and strength training keep your metabolism elevated for hours.
7. Poor sleep disrupts hormones that control hunger and fat storage, making it easier to gain weight.

25. Sleep is more important that your diet, lack of sleep increasing the hunger hormones during the day.
