I suspect adult polycystic kidney disaease

I started with a patient kidney ???? yes autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
fetal scan was free however follow up is recommended
then what about the mother?
she was low risk before this scan
now she is at risk for chronic renal disease with its risks in pregnancy
My recommendation MDT approach of pregnancy with involvement of obstetric nephrologist
