12 days old female patient case of duct dependent pulmonary circulation (Right isomerism , dextrocardia , complete AVSD , single outlet heart , pulmonary atresia )

MDCT show N shaped PDA with constriction at left PA branch

PDA stenting was done via subcautaneous US guided transcarotid approach

Successful PDA stenting was done
