Open heart surgery list:
1. Male case 30 years old suffering from severe aortic regurgitation, with moderate aortic stenosis and moderate mitral regurgitation. Double valve replacement was done with prosthetic aortic valve #23 and prosthetic mitral valve #27.
2.Female patient 24 years old suffering from severe mitral regurgitation and moderate mitral stenosis, after stenrotomy and pericardiotomy , there was severe dense adhesions, the patient undergone mitral valve replacement #27.
Both cases are in the I.C.U., doing well and extubated.

1- Mitral valve replacement.
2- ASD closure.
It was the first Sunday list seeking for offering more and more to our patients....

Our last operative list:
1. Mitral and Aortic valves replacement and tricuspid valve repair.
2. Mitral and Aortic valves replacement.
3. Ostium secondum ASD closure and repair of pulmonic stenosis.
4. Redo mitral valve replacement for a patient s/p mitral valve repair 20 years ago.
5. Mitral valve replacement.
6. Ostium secondum ASD closue.
7. Aortic valve replacement.
8. Perimembranous VSD closure and repair of pulmonic stenosis.

Our last operative list:1 CABG * 3 vessels and mitral valve replacement by a tissue valvefor a female patient 65 years old suffering from IHD and severe mitral regurgitation.
2.Mitral valve replacement for a female patient.
3. Closure of 2 ASD's for a female child 4 years old.
4. Combined Bentall operation and CABG * 3 vessels for a male patient 58 years old.
5. Mitral valve replacement.
6. CABG×4 vessels.
7. Mitral valve replacement.
Thanks to ALLAH, all patients are doing well and well be discharged very soon....
