Job Description:
Creativo is looking for a dedicated and organized
to join our team. This role involves supporting our coworking space operations and helping ensure a seamless experience for our members. You will manage registrations, maintain records, and handle various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
1. Maintenance Mailing Supplies
2. Follow Up Emails & Coordination
3. Equipment Bills ii. Contracts Archiving
iii. Reports follow-up & Archiving
iv. Basic HR setup
v. Company Department Coding
vi. Schedule meetings and appointments
vii. Partner with SOP setup update and maintain office policies as necessary.
viii. Organize office operations and procedures follow-up
ix. Meetings & Events Main Planner & Supervisor
x. Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative role or coworking space environment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Office Hours: 8-9 hours (5 days/week) – Saturday on Call Duty.
