تهدف المؤسسة لتقديم محاضرات ودورات تدريبية للصيادلة في الجزئين المجتمعي والاكلينيكي، ابتكار وتقديم بروتوكولات علاجية ودوائية قابلة للتنفيذ ومتوافقة مع معطيات المستشفيات في الفيوم تحديداً وفي مصر بصفة عامة، والاشراف الصيدلي على تنفيذ تلك الخطط والبروتوكولات، و كذلك مبادرات توعوية وارشادية بخصوص الادوية بكل ما يخصها، خصوصاً الأمور المتعلقة بالاعراض الجانبية والتفاعلات الدوائية والتعامل مع اعراض الجرعات الزائدة او التسمم الدوائي...
