Throughout January you can still book 1:1 sessions with me in Dahab.

If you would like to practice online instead, I can 100% recommend Andrea Peloso who is my teacher. If you sign up for her newsletter, you get the first class for free :) You will need your own bolsters to participate. Maybe I'll see you there as a fellow student :)

Rest and sleep are more important than you may realize. It is not an indulgence or waste of time to take a break. In a world that relies on our willingness to exhaust ourselves to the point where we are depleted, resting can actually be an act of self-care and courage.

Sleep hygiene is much more than developing a bedtime routine. Did you know that sleep actually allows the brain to flush out the stress toxins that have accumulated during the day? According to an NIH study, “We need sleep. It cleans up the brain.” - Dr. Maiken Nedergaard

But these days, there is always a reason to not unplug and take care of ourselves. Yet the times when we are too exhausted to rest are the times when we need it most! Try reminding yourself that rest is not a luxury you only deserve after completing a task. "It's not about deserving it; you simply need to rest."

Is it hard for you to rest? Send a 👍 if you are willing to give your body the rest/sleep it needs :)
