When I was young, I dreamt of representing my country. But as the years passed, I saw the lack of focus on women’s handball, and I had to walk away because The dream seemed impossible.
But life has a funny way of bringing things full circle. 10 Years later, I found myself as a physiotherapist for the national team. The journey wasn’t easy—there were moments when they almost canceled the team again. But we never gave up.
Thanks to the perseverance, strength, and heart of these incredible women, we fought through every challenge. Together, we made it to the African Championship.
They told us we would never make it to the World Championships. But these girls, with their passion and determination, proved everyone wrong. We did the impossible and made history.
What they didn’t realize was that, in helping these amazing women achieve their dreams, they also made my childhood dream come true. Today, I’m not just a physio—I’m part of history.
Thank you ladies .. You made the kiddo in the last photo proud ♥️

I’ve been working hard over the past year and now it’s time for me to recharge and take care of myself. 🌟
I know you’re eager for me to return, but taking care of my physical and mental health is essential. This break will help me come back stronger and better able to support you.
