١. قسم المهام لأجزاء صغيره سهله

٢. التزم بخطوة أولى صغيرة

٣.اسمح لنفسك تغلط (عادي كلنا بنغلط)

٤. سهل على نفسك الموضوع بإنك تكون مجهز كل اللي محتاجه

٥. ابعد عن نفسك المشتتات زي الموبايل
٦. فكر نفسك بالهدف الأكبر

٧. كافيء نفسك بحاجة لما تنجز المهمة

٨. خلي دايما عندك خطة و هدف كبير و يا سلام لو تعلق
الهدف بتاعك عالحيطة فاوضتك

٩.حدد لنفسك وقت معين فاليوم للرفاهية
