I haven’t always known what foods to avoid or what foods fuel my body 🤷♀️.
There was a time I felt bloated, swollen, tired and moody. You can’t always trust what’s on the grocery store shelves 🥴! Education is key...so I went to Holistic Nutrition School to learn how to fuel my body and to teach others how do add HEALTH to their life. 🔑
But what about YOU? Where can YOU start?? If you are like many of my clients, you need help!
Many of my clients are drinking sodas (diet soda too) and fancy coffee shop French vanilla coffees....the sweeter the better!!
Most days they are not eating BREAKFAST or they are consuming a breakfast full of carbs and sugars, like cereal or bagels with cream cheese. After the sugar and carb load, it is not long before they are crashing & are starving again! 🙃
