Sometimes I jump into the workout with my clients and realize how challenging they are 😂 Atleast it keeps them motivated 💪🏼

Here are some moves you could do with a partner! The wall walks shown in the second clip are HARD 🐒 🔥 (all clips are sped up)

Vegan ⒷⓁⒶⒶⒸⓀ ⒷⒺⒶⓃⓃ Brownies:

I promise you, you can’t taste the beans!

🅸🅽🅶🆁🅴🅳🅸🅴🅽🆃🆂:
👉🏼 1 and 3/4 cup cooked black beans (I used fresh)
👉🏼 2 FLAX eggs (mix 2tbsp of ground flaxseeds with 6tbsp of water - let it set for 10 minutes)
👉🏼 3/4 cup (~70g) of cocoa powder
👉🏼 1/2 cup (~100g) of brown cane sugar
👉🏼 3 and 1/2 tbsp (~40ml) of coconut oil
👉🏼 1 tbsp Vanilla or Butter Extract
👉🏼 1/2 tsp of Salt
👉🏼 1 and 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
👉🏼 Cinnamon
👉🏼 Dairy-free Chocolate Chips (be generous 😜) and any other toppings you like.

🅼🅴🆃🅷🅾🅳:
1⃣ Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius and grease a brownie tin (I used a loaf pan because that’s all I had) with some oil/cooking spray.
2⃣ Let the flax eggs set for 10 minutes.
3⃣ In a food processor, add all the ingredients except the toppings and chocolate chips. Process until a smooth texture batter is formed. The consistency should not be too thick or too runny. I added a few tablespoons of water.
4⃣ Pour the batter in the baking tray/pan and add in the chocolate chips (mix some in the batter plus put some on top)
5⃣ Bake for 25ish minutes. Let it cool down before removing them from the pan. These brownies are supposed to be very moist, gooey and fudgy from the inside. I cut them into 10 decent-sized
brownies and sprinkled some coconut shavings.

The endorphin rush - my kind of happy 😁💪🏼

In any aspect of your life, there will always be ups and downs in your journey, but thats what makes it LIFE. So don’t be hard on yourself for missing a workout or two or for having too many cookies. Make it your LIFEstyle and I promise you that will make you happier, physically and more importantly, MENTALLY.

Trying to eat healthy when going out? It IS possible if you are willing to make a sacrifice (but it’s 💯% okay to treat yourself every now and then with a slice of 🍕, or two, or three 😅). People tend to go for the salads because they think it is the ‘healthiest’ option. However, all salads are NOT the same 🙅🏼. Sure it has a bunch of greens 🌱, but some salads may be really high in calories because of what it contains.

👉🏼 Ask for vinegar and olive oil as the dressing or ask for the dressing on the side (especially the creamy-type dressings) so you can control how much you use.
👉🏼 Avoid ingredients like fried onions and croutons.
👉🏼 Try to have some sort of protein in your salad to keep you satisfied. This includes chicken, edamame beans, chickpeas etc.

2️⃣ Burpee Step Jump - 20 reps
3️⃣ Lateral Step Shuffles - 40 reps total
4️⃣ Mountain Climbers - 40 reps total

“But how do you get enough protein?”
➡️ A plant-based meal with over 40g of protein right here ⬇️

🍝 Red lentil pasta salad with tahini (sesame seed paste) dressing. Sprinkled on top is nutritional yeast which has a cheesy like texture.

🙅🏼Don’t be scared to eat as it ‘FUELS’ the body! It is required for literally everything that goes on inside our bodies - from breathing to even thinking. And don’t fear CARBS - they are your main source of energy and will push you in your workouts and they yummmyy 😋

Update:

➡️ Nutrition - loosely tracking macros and incorporating more plant-based/vegan foods every day. This is easy for me as I have always been a vegetarian.

➡️ Training - back to lifting weights 4-5 times a week and cardio 2-3 times a week. My cardio is a mix of HIIT and low intensity workouts.

➡️ Current Goals - mainly to maintain weight, but tightening a bit up would be a bonus 😁

Give me all the fats 😍 There are SO many reasons to include avocados in your diet. Here's only a few:

1️⃣ Contains high level of vitamins and minerals (e.g. vitamin E, iron, potassium)
2️⃣It can satisfy hunger with the 'good' fats
3️⃣High in antioxidants preventing diseases.
4️⃣It is high in fibre that improves digestion.
