✨ A Reflection for October 9th Día de la Comunidad Valenciana ✨

Tomorrow, as the Comunidad Valenciana celebrates its day of unity, heritage, and light, we gather here in our own small community to honour that same spirit.

Yoga reminds us that we are all connected: through breath, through movement, through shared presence. Whether born here in the Valencian land or drawn here from afar, we come together in this moment hearts open, grounded in gratitude.

At Lo Crispin Tavern, our yoga family reflects the essence of this region: warmth, strength, diversity, and joy. Each of us brings our own story, yet we flow as one.

So tomorrow at 10am, as the Valencian flag waves across the towns and villages, we’ll lift our hearts and breathe together celebrating the community that surrounds us and the one we’ve built right here.
