¿Sabías que los ojos 👀 también tienen músculos... y que se pueden tratar?
Heather nos explica una de sus especialidades: el tratamiento de los motores oculares.
Cuando los ojos no se mueven bien de forma coordinada, aparecen síntomas que muchas veces no relacionamos con la vista: fatiga, dolores de cabeza, dificultad para leer o problemas de aprendizaje en niños.
La buena noticia: tiene solución. Con tratamiento individualizado y ejercicios específicos para los músculos oculares.

La nutrición no es solo una cuestión de peso ⚖️.

Afecta a cómo duermes, a si tu dolor crónico mejora o se queda, al estado de tu piel, a tu concentración y a con qué frecuencia enfermas. Son cosas que la mayoría de la gente no relaciona con lo que come. Y deberían.
