Breath & Dance.

First time, after +10 years I guided a group through an AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT exploration - I got tears in my eyes because the moment was so beautiful, and familiar - like coming back home from long long travels.

Things had changed - of course they had, and still remained the same.

I don’t know if you know - I used to dance and 21 years (omg!!) ago I graduated from the Art Academy and worked 10 years as a freelancer in dance & theater, especially with non dancers (theaters, artist groups and as a contemporary (jazz, show, impro) teacher) 💃

Dance was my first love before yoga came along - and the way to express myself, to be brave and follow my dreams, to move emotions and liberate my whole being.

I never made a conscious choice to let it go - it just went on a sideline while yoga had so much to tell (and continues to)

I feel I’m on my way - - to immerse the two - - few weeks ago we were on a Module 2 Rocket training day 4 dancing in dunes - placing the breath on ourselves and on others while the sun was setting down. It felt EPIC

On March 30, 2026 I filmed few moves on our backyard and post it here on IG

⚡️Learn to recognize your nervous system state

Our nervous system moves through different states throughout the day.

Understanding this can change the way we approach to the symptoms (without an alarm) 🚨

Here’s a simple way to recognize them:

🔥 Fight (over-activation)

This can look like:
• irritability
• frustration, inability to focus or finish what you started
• feeling tense or on edge

🏃‍♀️ Flight (anxiety / restlessness)
This can look like:
• overthinking
• needing to fill the moments and “do something”
• feeling rushed

🥶 Freeze (shutdown)
This can look like:
• low energy
• numbness
• procrastination
• feeling disconnected

We move between these without always realizing it.

What can we do?

• When you’re anxious (flight) → grounding + slow breath can help
• When you’re shut down (freeze) → gentle movement or voice practice can help
• When you’re in fight → long exhales + firming touch helps

Somatic practices teaches us to meet ourselves where you are, as we are.

Learning to RESET your nervous system is intuitive, responsive and deeply connecting act with yourself.

The power of stepping into an intentional space 🌙

Over +10 years of working with sacred space I’ve noticed how different it feels to sit in a circle compared to sit with a friend in a normal conversation over cafe ☕️ cups…

In everyday life, conversations often move quickly. We respond, we interrupt, give maybe advice to each other, or try to fix things and change topics.

But in a circle -

There is this space to enter - to pause. Space to just be, and listen.

Space to share your thoughts and feelings without needing to defend, explain or get interrupted…

And something interesting happens in circle.

We start sharing things - in a moment - tell about things we didn’t plan to tell, things we didn’t even realize
we were carrying.

Things that were not on top of the mind (like often happens in a normal chatting with a friend)

Sharing happens when being in that intentional, and safe circle space.

Few more reflections about VOICE…

You know I used to think “having a voice” meant being outspoken, confident and knowing exactly what to say…

But when I look honestly at my own life, I can see those relatively small moments where I held back my voice -

Moments when I bypassed what I really felt so things would stay comfortable.

Moments when I stayed quiet because explaining myself felt like too much effort.

Moments when I told myself “maybe it’s not that important” — even though something inside me wanted to be expressed.

…none of these happened dramatically - It was more subtle type, kinda quiet and gradual and…

I’ve come to see that this is something other women experience too... and

It’s not because we wouldn’t HAVE a voice — It’s more because we haven’t always had spaces where our full expression felt safe, or welcomed - even encouraged.

AND THEN… I’ve been reflecting on how voice is not just about the words we say, but also the energy, honesty and presence we bring into a space.

✨ I’m curious…
