                                            All forms of yoga can help us to become healthier, unifying physical, mental and emotional aspects. Mindfulness practice and breathing are key to that.
Some practices are more YANG, energetic, works with our muscles, flexibility and boosting our imune system 🌞
YIN practices work on deeper connective tissues, joints, fascia and bones, also strengthening our hearts and minds 🌚
There is no thing as a "better" yoga, since each one of us are unique, have a unique body, history, going through phases, time and changes.
