I am a big advocate of health & Fitness but just as important your mental health & wellbeing
Your environment plays a bit part of how you feel from day to day I that why I decided to pursue a different path in life

🔓 HOW TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT & DESIRE
We have to challenge the body if we want to see the body change and get the results.
And if you don't put the work in and be consistent, then don't expect to see any difference in body composition.
👉 3 MAIN fundamentals we need to focus on.
1) Track your calories (my fitness pal) what get recorded gets changed
2) Exercise regularly (progressive overload) weight - resistance machines
3) Regular Sleeping pattern (8hrs is optimum - no 📲 1 hr before bed)

One thing in life I have learnt is there is no better feeling than looking after your health,
Mentally and physically.
Now I make it my life's mission to help others strive for a better vision of themselves & love the process
"I think it could cure mental health"
It's definitely kept me sane and driven to become a better person
Here’s WHY
1) Gives you a Sense of achievement when you challenge yourself
2) Endorphins release, when you do physical activity that make you feel Ggggggreat 🦁
3) Massively impacts your mental health, keeps you driven and gives you a purpose in life
4) Makes you a strong person inside and out. Thick skinned!
5) The proud feeling you get when you have accomplished something difficult or hard to achieve.
6) REGAINS your self esteem and boost your confidence in life
7) Gives you drive, focus and passion, knowing you are doing the right steps towards a better lifestyle
8) Makes you lose weight so you can be healthly and look good in your favourite clothes and feel proud
9) Slows down aging, makes you look and feel younger, have brighter shin with more colour because blood flow round the body better
10) Better sleep at night, less craving, more energy and focus to progress in other aspects of your life.

Let's not take the foot off the gas people
Let's not let the government control the way we live
We need to stand up for our human rights and not let them dictate everything we do
The more of us that stand & fight back, the quicker we will see positive change not negative outcomes by destroying people lively hoods
Gym should be essential for our health but more importantly our mental health
Covid is a real thing but there are way more other death from a number of different diseases
Makes no god dam sense

😮 RAISING THE BAR - When we strive for perfection we only setting ourselves up to get disheartened
Ask yourself what is perfect and what is realistic
Strive for performance when you exercise, not just seeing it as a way to burn calories
That's a bit of a miserable existence tbh, and there isn't any WINS from that 😕
Aim for small goals you can achieve and build on THAT, learn to love the journey of improving yourself, your body your mind week by week not year by year

Understand we are all at different stages in life
We should only be inspired by the people who have that desired physique not envy or have hate towards them
Put the work in 💪
Put the time in ⌚
And most importantly be consistent 💯

Well first of all, looking after your health will improve all other aspects of your life. so why wouldn't you
Exercising will do more for the mind as it does for the body

They say variety is the spice of life (not sure who they are btw) 🤭
More studies are showing that our microbiome is like a second brain 👀 crazy I know but so true
And the more diverse your "diet" is the better your gut functions.
Natural foods of course NOT progressed crap.

Never say never..
It's never to late to change the way you look and feel.
Why neglect your health now and wait for something to go wrong, to then make a change afterwards.
Just remember there will be good times and there will be bad times.
We develope and become stronger through the tough times.
The key is to keep pushing and never give up on yourself
Life is not easy and if there is no challenge, there will be no change.
